Price Match Promise

We regularly check our prices against our main competitors. But if you do find something you bought from us at a better price within 7 days, you can request a refund for the difference.

How it works

If you do find a better price for a similar item you are looking to buy or have already bought from us, contact us to see if we will price match the difference.

If you have already purchased your product, as long as your price match is eligible, we'll arrange a refund for the difference to your original payment method.

If you are yet to make your purchase and your price match is eligible, we will provide a discount for the difference.

Eligibility

We price match for purchases made on our website. 

  • We'll price match purchases made in the last 7 days. This means 7 days of placing the order, not the delivery/collection. You can request a price match refund before you've received your item.
  • The lower-price item must be identical, including the same quality, size, materials, colour and specification.
  • It has to be in stock and ready for delivery.
  • It can be on a seasonal offer or promotion, but can’t be: reduced to clear, a multi-buy offer, members-only price, flash sale, reduced with a promo code, or an exclusive/trade price.
  • It must be sold directly by the retailer. It can’t be a 3rd party or a marketplace seller on their website. The retailer must be based in the UK.
  • We'll match lower prices from the last 7 days.

We’ll also match our own prices if we’ve since dropped it ourselves up to 7 days after your purchase. When you fill out the form, you’ll need to include a screenshot or photo as proof of where you’ve found the lower price. You'll need to have your original order details ready as well.

The Price Match Promise is entirely at Ape-X management's discretion, and we reserve the right to refuse eligibility for any reason.
